Founded by North Carolina attorney and domestic violence survivor Tiffany Lesnik, Live Free Legal equips women with courtroom literacy, documentation principles, and financial education so they can better understand how family courts evaluate evidence, credibility, income, and division of marital assets.
Through the S.T.A.N.D. Framework, participants learn foundational legal education principles that promote preparation, organization, and spiritual resilience during complex family law disputes.

At Live Free Legal, we support women navigating domestic violence cases, high-conflict divorce, child custody disputes, protective orders, and post-separation abuse in family court. With over 20 years in domestic violence advocacy and nearly 15 years practicing family law in North Carolina, Tiffany Lesnik created a faith-based legal education platform designed to help women better understand the court process, organize documentation, and approach litigation with preparation, structure, and confidence.
Rather than providing legal representation through this platform, Live Free Legal delivers structured legal education and courtroom literacy resources, including checklists to help organize documentation and evidence, worksheets to assist with budgeting and financial awareness, and educational materials explaining common family court financial forms and procedures.
