No Attorney–Client Relationship

Live Free Legal provides legal education, coaching, and general informational content only.

Nothing on this website or in any Live Free Legal program, including but not limited to coaching groups, courses, workbooks, webinars, online Q&As, Facebook or YouTube Lives, private or public groups, or recordings, creates or constitutes an attorney–client relationship between you and Tiffany Lesnik, Esq., Lesnik Family Law, P.C., or Live Free Legal.

No attorney–client relationship exists unless and until:

• A written engagement agreement is signed, and

• Legal representation is expressly accepted in writing by Ms. Lesnik.

4. Online Communities, Groups & Social Media Platforms

Live Free Legal may offer participation through:

• Private Facebook groups

• Public or private Facebook Lives

• YouTube Lives and recordings

• Online Q&A sessions

• Comment sections, chats, and forums

Participation in any online community or platform is voluntary and may not be private.

5. No Confidentiality Guaranteed

Although certain Live Free Legal offerings are hosted in private or closed online groups, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. You understand and agree that:

• Other participants are not bound by confidentiality obligations

• Attorney–client privilege does not apply

• Information shared may be viewed, heard, recorded, screenshot, saved, or shared by others

You assume full responsibility for deciding what information you choose to disclose.

Live Free Legal will not share or distribute your personal information, contact information or email without your express consent. Live Free Legal makes all efforts to keep your information private as we understand the sensitive nature of domestic abuse.

6. User-Generated Content, Name, Image & Likeness

By participating in Live Free Legal programs or online platforms, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You choose whether to share your name, username, photograph, video, audio, likeness, comments, or other identifying information

• Any such sharing is done at your own risk

• Live Free Legal is not responsible for how other participants may use or share information you disclose

 

You grant Live Free Legal permission to:

• Record sessions

• Display participant names or images as they appear within the platform

• Provide recordings to other participants or members

Live Free Legal will not intentionally misuse your likeness but cannot control third-party conduct.

7. Recordings & Replays

Live Free Legal sessions may be recorded and shared with participants or members.

By participating, you consent to:

• Being recorded if your audio, video, name, or comments are shared

• Limited distribution of recordings within the Live Free Legal community

• Coaching groups are never shared with the public but are available through a shared folder to coaching members who have private access.

You may choose to:

• Keep your camera off

• Use a nickname or pseudonym

• Limit your participation in live discussions

8. Assumption of Risk

Legal discussions may involve sensitive or emotionally challenging topics.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• Participation is voluntary

• You assume all risks associated with participation

• Live Free Legal is not responsible for emotional distress, decisions made, or actions taken based on content provided

9. No Therapy or Medical Services

Live Free Legal does not provide therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or medical services.

Any emotional or peer support offered is educational in nature and not clinical.

10. Limitation of Liability & Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Live Free Legal, Lesnik Family Law, P.C., Tiffany Lesnik, Esq., and all affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• Use of this website

• Participation in programs or communities

• Information shared by you or others
